Kaeng Krachan Leopard

It is well known amongst the rangers at Kaeng Krachan and also amongst the Thai birding community who walk the roadway west of Bang Krang campsite that the area hosts leopards (Panthera pardus) amongst its many varied species. Recently on a weekend visit I had the opportunity to try my infrared camera next to the road, and was fortunate enough (extremely so) to confirm not only the leopard sightings but also more information on the nocturnal bio-diversity of mammals in this often visited area of the National Park.
