Hi all,

Both photos are form Huai Kha Kaeng Wildlife Sanctuary, taken back in August., pretty sure the ID for the first one is a juvenile white-rumped shama. A friend newly ID'ed the second one as white-rumped shama too, would you agree?

Difficult to tell on the last pic... What was its size??Was the tail long, as in a Shama??? looks a bit like a juvenile flycatcher

If my memory doesn't fail me, I would say it was pretty much average flycatcher size. I can't remember the length of the tail compared to rest of the body. I guess I have to leave this photo on my unidentified folder permanently..:)

I have photos of the same bird from HHK and after a lot of searching came to the conclusion of a juvenile Tickell's.

A female WRS at KK, I am starting to realize just how common they are, but have so many pics of them I will have to bore you all to death with them.

Someone had been feeding out meal worms at the stream crossing on the trail that leads off to the left at the parking area at the bottom of the hill on the Panoen Tung road. White-rumped Shama and young were making the most of this free feed.

Juvenile and immature.
