trekker replied the topic: Big bike ban in Khao Yai
The booze ban is partially lifted in National Parks

and

Big Bikes banned from Khao Yai National Park

Booze OK - Big bikes banned

...........and within 24 hours the D-G is under fire from some parties over the partial booze ban lift. BUT I think he should be commended for his common sense and actions. Why should the majority who enjoy alcohol responsibly be made to desist from a socialable drink? Is my enjoying a nice tot of my favourite whisky on a cold mountain side at night with friends the end of society as we know it? Am I the harbringer of doom to the world as we know it? I think not. I wish to thank Khun Manaphat Huamuengkaew for his pragmatism and common sense.

Some question lifting of booze ban
