If any of you are in Bangkok or visiting Bangkok before the 31st of August (2017), theres an exhibition on at EmQuartier (Sukhumvit 35). Just take the elevator in the the Helix Building (the one on left) to the 5th floor and its right as you get out of the elevator.

Theres about 9 or 10 images printed very large, all are very good but three of the leopard shots are fabulous. You will see which ones. I think one of them is the best wildlife shot in Thailand I have ever seen, period - I don't normally like "motion blur" shots but this image, you have to see it to believe it.

You definitely know how to get people excited, haha.
I doubt I will have the time, but hope to see the images at some point ;-)

I think I found what you are talking about. I saw some images of people (If I am not mistaken, the camera trap team that actually took that shot) at an exhibition, and one of the images showed a leopard chasing a muntjac. That just has to be the shot you were talking about.
Stunning location, in great light conditions, unbelievable moment; absolutely amazing!

Even though this is of course partly a case of exceptional luck, still the whole set up (location/ lighting) shows these guys know what they are doing.

Thats the one! Ed met the guy, the camera was on a tripod and he was hidden further away with a remote! How cool is that.
They must have scared it off after the kill as there is a second, very different, shot of the cat coming back to the carcass.

Its in Thung Yai - I will get around to sorting us a group trip there soon.

Wow, now that is quite something not just to have captured it, but even witnessed it!

Thung Yai is on the top of the list to visit, for mammal watching.

I would be up for a Tung Yai trip, permits are a bit of a hassle but its worth it.

Note: the road in after the first camp site is a real challenge and you need a good 4x4 to do it, with a winch if possible. I would say its virtually impassable in the rainy season.
