Amazing capture of such an elusive creature! How full of joy must the photographer have been; not only the experience but looking back at the screen of your camera and see the great result.

I would love to hear the story behind the picture. Is it a camera trap image? I just have the idea it is not. Seems like an extremely lucky encounter.

There are indeed quite a few great pictures.
There seem to be a lot of creative photographers around in Thailand. We should see more of them in big international competitions.

The Marbled Cat shot brings back a great memory for me. I've seen this exact same look last May at just a metre distance away. The same large, round, shocked eyes looked at me before it sprinted away. Not sure who was more shocked; me or the cat... probably equally surprised.
Definitely one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had!

BTW was this photo competition open for foreigners living in Thailand?

Does anyone know of Thai nature photo competitions that allow entries by foreigners?
BTW I'm also interested in online portfolios of winning pictures of prestigious competitions showing the best of Thai photographers.
