Another short presence/incidence plot. This incidence plot is derived from 3 camera locations placed within a 500 meter straight line of an existing track in DongPhayaYen. The plot runs for 60 days (June/July) of the rainy season and shows a diverse amount of species present at the location.

Interestingly the first 17 days showed no activity whatsoever on the 3 camera trap locations, although activity was probably occurring on the other sections of the 500 meter track line, as lack of similarity between the trapped species (i.e. those caught on one camera trap and not on one of the other 2 camera traps) probably indicated the animals would use small sections of the track and then return into the forest. Forest type is mixed evergreen, primary growth.

Here is another plot of a site that involved similar conditions with just one camera and a period of 40 days but at a much lower elevation to the previous plot.

Very little activity by comparison.
