Great shots indeed!
Maybe I should go and have a look. Cool birds, and up until recently I had only heard their calls. I did see two flying off last month, no idea if this nesting spot is in that area. But would like to get a bit of a better look.
Btw, I was informed that this is no longer Javan Frogmouth, but now considered Blyth's Frogmouth, Batrachostomus affinis, I suppose it has been elevated to full species as previously there was a subspecies called B. javensis affinis according to my bird books and also the continentalis subspecies is now a subspecies of B. affinis. And since B. affinis affinis is according to the sources I checked only found in extreme South of Thailand, I suppose the subspecies in KKC should then be B. affinis continentalis(?).
