2 birds of prey?

Anyone have any idea what these two birds of prey are? Both are just grab shots but I'm intrigued as to what they might be.
Both were taken in Kaeng Krachan. One in the forest and one in a clearing (two shots of the same bird in the clearing).

looks to be a Sparrow Hawk Besra Accipiter virgatus

As Jonathan mentioned, the first one is a Besra (Accipiter virgatus) - looks like an adult female. The second photo is a Grey-faced Buzzard (Butastur indicus).
