Stag Beetle was created by Robby L
All I have been able to find out about this beastie from Mae Moi NP is that it is of the Lucanidae family of Stag Beetles, total length 7cm.

Any ideas on a full ID ?

Interesting - I did attempt to find an ID but could not.

Its on page 52 of " Beetles of Thailand " but I had discounted it because there are slight variations on the mandible. Its not an area I have any knowledge of though - I am just matching the pictures.
