I suppose this would ultimately (cant imagine them spending money on construction unless they are confident of the getting the license) be in a legal framework, but its sad to see that even the evidence of trafficking cannot stop some people. Greed trumps all and the name of "conservation" is misused again. No shame in some people.

Some days I seriously wonder if Thailand is for me. The total lack of ethics that one sees here sometimes totally astounds me. How can those Thai's attempting to do good succeed in an atmosphere of sheer greed and ethical debauchery such as this.
