1 - Login to the Forum

2 - Create a topic or a Reply to a post (you can reply by clicking “Quick Reply" or "Action - Reply” )

3 - The editor panel will open (if you have chosen "Quick Reply" you will need to click "go to editor" to get the full editor panel with attachments

4 - In the text area you can enter your text

then to add attachments in your text.......

5 - Click “Attachments” button (big green thing)

6 - Add your picture/s by clicking on “add files” or simply drag and drop your picture/s to the the grey box under the add files icon

VERY IMPORTANT Now just wait 10 seconds until the pictures are actually uploaded on the server - if you start clicking before the files actually upload you will get a permission error when you try and publish the post - if this does happen (permission error) to you - don't worry we will sort it out later in the backend for you - when the Site Admin sees the error

7 - now go back to your text/editor panel and click where you want the picture to appear (i.e. before certain text or after)

8 - Now look down the screen to just below where your picture is shown and click “insert”

9 - Now click “submit"

and your picture/s should appear in your post/topic where you assigned them.

Our software will automatically downsize your photo but we advise, for your picture to look its best, you first downsize it to 800 px longest side (in your preferred photo editing program) and add some sharpening, before uploading.

Good luck!
