It has been some time coming but as of today WildlifeThailand.com now has its own logo!

The logo represents the key elements of the site with the fig tree representing the forest as source of life, the tiger representing the wild animals of Thailand's forests and finally the incorporation of the Thai flag into the tree trunk to represent Thailand.

The releasing of the logo now marks a turning point for the WildlifeThailand.com site to become a true community site. Started as a project of ThailandWildlife.com, we had also been using the Thailand Wildlife logo up until now. Today marks a new start and the site and site members now have their own unique identity.

ThailandWildlife are continuing to fund all the site costs as a conservation awareness project, and the next step in the site's evolution will be a brand new site design to work with the new logo. We hope you like it.

Nice logo. Let's hope the community keeps growing and more people will get involved with nature and conservation. Let's hope it helps create a stronger voice to be heard by those who have the power to make changes at a higher level, that all the beautiful wilderness stays with us forever including increasing populations of their inhabitants!

If I may comment on the logo design. I would've made the tiger face to the right. Meaning it walks forward to a hopefully better future and not backwards. Even though the latter might be the actual case, I am sure this website's idea is to help in any way to change that. On the other hand, it's always possible to eplain it as going back to the time when they florished in these jungles ;)

It's good to see you are constantly thinking how to improve the site instead of standing still and see what happens. Keep up the good work!
